More talking

More talking

When a problem arises between two people the best way to solve it is by talking together and not through violence.

Points

Say I instead of you. I feel ...... You is blaming. Blame will get us nowhere.

Listening is essential. And to continue listening to each other, despite differences in opinion, until there is better understanding. Then to find common ground rather than focus on the differences, using self reflection and consciously avoiding blaming. People finding supporting friends who they feel safe with to accompany them through the process. We must all remember that different levels of privileged/deprived class/cultural backgrounds affect every level of our thinking and actions.

Talking is always better than fighting
